- pick a handful of sessions, speakers, or people you want to meet at a conference instead of trying to do everything
- on linkedin fix your banner photo, title, and featured section since these are what recruiters and connections see first
- your linkedin profile is searchable by recruiters using keywords, while your resume usually is not
