- once you find a few good recruiters bcc them together on job leads so they all know what you are seeing
- ask every recruiter you talk to for one or two more recruiter contacts to keep expanding your network
- log into job board profiles like indeed and dice every single day since recent activity pushes you to the top of recruiter searches
- spend at least 15 to 30 minutes a day networking on linkedin by posting, commenting, and engaging to stay visible to your community
