- talent marketplaces mainly serve senior level roles while staffing agencies are more likely to place junior developers too
- ask any staffing recruiter if they are showing you every open role or only the ones that are fastest and easiest for them to fill
- when picking an agency focus on finding a good individual recruiter you vibe with rather than judging the company as a whole
- fix your resume formatting first since font choices bold text and font size issues cause more rejections than the actual content
