- only bold company name, position, location, and year on your resume since heavy bolding distracts more than it helps
- write professional experience as project based, describing each project at a high level like you would explain it to family
- list the specific tech used to solve each project problem, then add a technologies used section recapping your full tech stack
- put a cover letter in your own voice and make it quantitative about projects and results instead of repeating your resume
