why not hire junior developers?

- companies default to hiring senior devs because clients ask for senior talent, not because juniors cant do the job
- if you dont have time to train new hires you are by definition understaffed
- juniors who get trained and given a chance tend to stay longer than senior devs who get poached constantly
- hire for talent and long term fit with the organization, not just for one specific role
- always hire one person ahead of your current need instead of waiting until youre in a crunch
