- get a 4k or 1080p camera a ring light and a basic usb mic to look and sound better on calls
- position your ring light above you instead of directly in your face for better lighting
- keep your camera on by default during interviews and work calls to show you are engaged
- skip fake virtual backgrounds since they tend to look unnatural and distracting
